Homepage Refresh – Modernization & Branding Update

I led the visual and branding refresh of the California Department of Public Health’s homepage and key global elements, modernizing the design to reflect CDPH’s evolving digital presence. The previous design had become outdated, and this project focused on enhancing aesthetics and branding consistency while navigating the constraints of an existing template and a small IT team with limited capacity for complex development changes.
